Excellent location, just few meters from jr Narita Station (20 minute ride from the airport). Clean, spacious and very vell equipped room. Had a good night sleep during long flight layover.
Free Shuttle bus to Narita Airport. It' s very convenient and save our budgets.
We chose it because of price and location and the standard exceeded the price. It was really convenient for our flight home and to see the temples and old town.
I like the convenience of food across the street and 7-11 for midnight snack and other stores and the train station near by.
The hotel has a somewhat weird smell and the floor in the room did not seem very clean.
Good value for the price, free airport shuttle.
As we only had a short stay in Tokyo we wanted to be near the airport and a station to get to the city. this hotel is perfect for that. you save on stress and cost of getting from airport, which can be significant, as the shUttle bus service is first class. It picks you up from either hotel or airport and drops you right outside. No hassle and no fuss, and it's free!
The hotel is a bit dated and the bathroom is small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. They should lookninto providing some EngLish Speaking TV stations though as we could find none, not even with the Pay TV service.
This Hotel is great value for money, included in the room price is an airport transfer shuttle bus service for International visitors. Also the hotel is located opposite a seven/eleven convenience store, plus a really good bakery. At the end of the road is the railway station which has an Information kiosk. Our room was very comfortable, quiet and extremely clean. We stayed two days at the end of a tour before getting on our International flight. This hotel will be recommended to my friends.
We picked the hotel mostly for it's location as we were flying out early the next day from Narita. The location couldn't have been better, it was a 2 minute walk from the Narita station. A bonus was that there was a free shuttle to Narita airport which was great. The hotel is what you would expect of an airport hotel: a little worn at the corners, not too fancy but with all the basics. We were only there for one night, the rooms were basic, clean but dated. Staff were helpful and polite, checkout was easy ( drop your key in a box). All in all it was a convenient place to stay if you have an early flight because getting to Narita from the city can be quite a trek. This made it a painless 20 minute shuttle ride.
Rug was kind of dirty from eating at the table.
It was all good for me price was right for a hotel in Japan I am always looking for a good deal to stay at as I only sleep there.
Convenient location. Very close to Keisei-Narita station so great for an overnight stop over from the airport. Staff can speak some English and despite the language barriers, the receptionist still helped direct us to Osaka and told us which trains were best to take. We left at 4am without any problems checking out and the cleaner helped us out of the hotels by opening the lifts for us so early in the morning. Very helpful staff. Close to many restaurants which we unfortunately didn't have time to eat at. There is a shabby street ramen shop worth eating at between the train station and hotel around the corner of another train station - great noodles!!! Free yukatas to take selfies in hahahah
Asked for a non-smoking room and we were technically on the non- smoking floor... But the whole place REEKED of cigar SMOKE unfortunately. They perhaps don't monitor the smoking or the other guests were just bloody inconsiderate. Had pretty bad allergies ALL night because of the smell - the hallways reeked and the rooms were just as bad. It's as if someone was smoking just outside your door. Kinda ruined the night there cause my nose was so congested - hard to breathe and just reallly uncomfortable so if you can't stand the smell or have small children, this is something worth considering.
it was to serve as a overnight stop before catching an early flight at Narita next morning . It is too far from Narita for my purpose and their shuttle from Narita is only once every hour and the last shuttle is just before 20.00 . So if you arrive after this time do not stay in this hotel as you will have to find your own way there .
While the hotel could definitely do with a bit of paint, it's clean, well- situated, and offers a shuttle to Narita airport a couple of times a day free of charge.
The staff was friendly. One staff member spoke some English. This hotel is right near a train station. They do have a free shuttle. There were restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
This hotel was too far from the airport. We were only staying overnight to catch a morning flight but it took a $40 taxi ride which was 30 minutes to get to the hotel. We would have had to wait one hour to take the free shuttle and after 14 hours of travel we were tired and did not want to wait for the shuttle.
The twin room was big enought for 2 person, the bathroom was nice. Unfortunatelly there was not breakfast included on the rate.
